Who we are

Nivora Capital (“Nivora,” “we,” “us”) is a private real estate investment firm located at 2021 Sunnydale Blvd #130, Clearwater, FL 33765. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nivoracap.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into our contact form: your name, email address, telephone number (if you provide one), the type of party you identify yourself as, and the contents of your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial account numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through this site.

Information collected automatically by our host. Like essentially all websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data when a page is requested — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is used to serve the site and to keep it secure and available.

What we do not do

We want to be specific here, because it is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly:

• →This site sets no cookies of any kind, including analytics and advertising cookies.
• →This site stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage.
• →We use no analytics service, no advertising pixels, and no session-recording or heat-mapping tools.

• →Our web fonts are served from our own servers, so loading this site does not disclose your visit to a font provider.

How we use your information

We use what you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and to correspond with you about it. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission alone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only as follows:

• →Form delivery. Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service that receives your submission and forwards it to us by email.
• →Hosting. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the server log data described above.
• →Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Our site links to an investor portal operated by Agora and to LinkedIn profiles. Those are independent services with their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consensus industry standard for responding to these signals. Because this site does not track visitors across websites or over time in the first place, we do not change our behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal — there is no tracking to turn off.

We likewise do not sell or share personal information, so opt-out-of-sale preference signals such as Global Privacy Control have no data sale or sharing to suppress.

Third-party collection across websites

We do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit this site.

Reviewing, correcting, or deleting your information

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to investors@nivoracap.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, and then delete it in the ordinary course.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and investors and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will post the updated policy at this address and revise the effective date shown at the top. Where the change is significant, we will make the update conspicuous on the site. We encourage you to review this page when you return.
